How to reach the editor, and where to go if you need help rather than a publication.
The desk reads everything, including corrections, complaints about a link, and requests from advertisers. Write to [email protected].
Before you write
- If you need help with gambling right now, we are the wrong address. The National Gambling Helpline is free and open 24 hours: 0808 8020 133. We are a publication and cannot arrange treatment, contact an operator on your behalf, or recover money.
- Complaints about an operator go to the operator first, then to the dispute-resolution provider named on its licence. We explain the route in the complaints guide.
- Corrections: send the page address and what is wrong. If you are right, we change it and note the change.
- Advertising: say which page and what you want. Paid placements are labelled, and they do not come with editorial coverage.
